Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Product Manager to join our expanding product team at Fetcherr. In this role, you will lead the company's core innovative product, implement and adapt it to solve complex customer problems and create an intuitive and awesome experience for airlines. You will be responsible for our customers’ product experience, creating roadmaps and leading innovation while working closely with sales, marketing and software development teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the company’s product roadmap, creating breakthrough products in the airline industry.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define features and create intuitive user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Lead all product aspects for customer accounts, adapting and implementing our generic products to fit specific customer needs.
  • Travel to customers’ sites, representing Fetcherr and fostering innovation and a collaborative product experience.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.==
About The Position

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Product manager, with a proven background in complex B2B products.
  • You understanding complex technical use-cases and how to solve them with a simple user experience.
  • You are a quick learner, self motivated, and experienced in learning and understandin complicated legacy industries.
  • You understand UX design principles and have experience working with customers and UI/UX Designers as part of a design process.
  • You have excellent writing skills with ability to set clear definitions and achieve alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders - A Must
  • You thrive on understanding client pains and finding creative solutions
  • You have vast experience with customer facing activities such as roadmap discussions, requirements gathering, public speaking, etc.
  • You are fully fluent in English
