Role Overview:

Fetcherr is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Accounts to oversee and mentor a team of Account Directors while ensuring exceptional client retention, revenue growth, and strategic alignment with Fetcherr's cutting-edge AI-driven product suite. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with key airline partners across Americas & EMEA, driving commercial success, and positioning Fetcherr as a trusted partner in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing strategic accounts with high-value clients, demonstrating proven ability in handling complex relationship management, driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Directors, ensuring they meet business objectives.
  • Establish performance metrics and oversee regular evaluations to drive accountability and excellence.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with airline partners, positioning Fetcherr as a long-term strategic ally.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts, coordinating with internal departments to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Drive alignment between Fetcherr’s technology and the client’s commercial goals.
  • Ensure clients receive high-quality service and achieve their business goals.
About The Position

You’ll be a great fit if…

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management or client relationship roles.
  • Previous experience working with/for PSS or RMS IT vendors - advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Business first mindset.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a track record of aligning solutions to client needs.
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to C-level executives.
